I found the techniques to better communication very valuable. The notes and PowerPoint presentation will help me remember what I have learned. The activities were a lot of fun and informative. We invited Innovative InterChange to come lead our annual staff retreat teaching time, specifically helping us better understand how understanding intrinsic/extrinsic worth can motivate behavior, and how to use effective worth-based communication. They further tailored their teaching to our needs to incorporate StrengthFinders, and how we can leverage our strengths as a work team. They used a variety of great teaching techniques including practice, that helped us learn to stay curious and practice expansive dialogue.
