Are your materials only for organizations?

We offer materials for individuals, teams and organizations. All three are important in creating a culture of well-being.

As an individual, how can I access your courses?

You may sign up for one-on-one coaching sessions and/or join on-line webinars to be offered several times through the year.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

Coaching is a great tool for helping you identify and move toward your goals. It is not a replacement for therapy. While coaching and therapy both help you increase self-awareness and create new habits of thinking and being, coaching is not designed to treat mental health diagnoses. If you believe you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health disorder, please contact your healthcare provider or insurance to find treatment options.
