What Workplace Well-Being Looks Like

“Well-Being”
Imagine a moment with me, you have the capability to observe a room from a distance. You are monitoring two rooms where meetings are taking place and noticing differences between the rooms.
In Room One the conversation is free flowing, ideas are being generated and build upon each other. It looks like everyone is engaged and having fun.
In Room Two it is a different scenario. You perceive the mood is dark. Meeting participants are not engaged, flipping through their emails, behaving as if they want to be anywhere else than in the room. The team struggles to generate novel ideas.
Room One is experiencing Well-Being. Room Two has poor Well-Being. Which room do you want for you, your team, your organization?
At iiChange we are focused on helping Individuals, teams and organizations create cultures of Well-Being.
Workplace Well-being means Individuals, Teams, and Organizations have the capacity to Know, Relate, Create, and Thrive.
Outcomes of Well-Being
Know: Be aware of individual, team and organizational strengths and challenges. Understand behaviors and strategies that increase your likelihood of success, resiliency, and contentment.
Relate: Ability to build strong connections with others based on respect, healthy communication, and trust.
